The Los Altos Chamber of Commerce proudly presents the 2017 Community Guide and Business Directory. Use this publication as your guide to shopping, working and playing in our beautiful communities of Los Altos and Los Altos Hills. In it you will not only find a robust listing of our members, but also useful information about our terrific communities.
The Chamber of Commerce is committed to the economic success of our members and the community. Specifically, the Chamber has four core functions:
- Creating a strong local economy
- Promoting the City of Los Altos and the Town of Los Altos Hills
- Representing the interests of business with government
- Provide networking and marketing opportunities for our members
The Chamber represents businesses from distinct districts throughout Los Altos including Downtown, El Camino Corridor, Village Court Shopping Center, Loyola Corners, Rancho Shopping Center, Woodland Plaza, and Foothill Crossing. We also have a number of members outside of Los Altos as well as non-business, “community members”.
Together we have a voice, the ability to improve our community and affect change. The Chamber of Commerce represents the “voice” of the business community and with over 400 members, it is a voice which demands attention. If you are currently a member, we appreciate your continued support. If you are not a member, we encourage you to visit our website, office, or attend a monthly mixer and consider joining.
Becoming a member of the Chamber is a great business decision that gives you a competitive edge in the business community, and the Los Altos Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to building and strengthening the communities of Los Altos and Los Altos Hills and keeping it the best place to live, work and conduct business.
We strive to promote a healthy and active economy while protecting and advancing the interests of our members and the community as a whole. The Chamber works with businesses, citizens, governmental and educational entities to provide a positive, vibrant business environment and keep the quality of life in Los Altos equal to none.
It is with great pride that I serve as the 2017 Board Chairman. The entire Board and I look forward to working together with you so that we can create a healthy and vibrant climate for business in our community. Please keep this Community Guide and Business Directory handy in your home and office, and please support your local businesses.
